Vladimir Taimurazovich, please tell us about the main areas of activity facing the rear units of the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs? What does the Logistics Service do today?

The rear of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic operates in several directions. The structure of the service includes: Department of Logistics Support, Center for Information Technologies, Communications and Information Protection, Federal State Institution " Center for economic and service support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic", FKUZ" Medical and sanitary unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for KBR". The main tasks of the Logistics units are: high-quality, complete and uninterrupted supply of weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, fuels and lubricants, food and food service property, clothing property, medicines and medical products of territorial bodies of internal affairs and departments of the Ministry.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia attaches no less importance to ensuring the safety and conditions of keeping weapons, special and military equipment, their readiness for use when performing service and combat missions.

- I must say that, in general, the measures for the material and technical support of the internal affairs bodies cover a fairly wide range of issues. First of all: implementation of high-quality acceptance of products supplied to the internal affairs bodies and careful quality control; ensuring the timely conclusion of contracts with various organizations involved in the supply of material values ​​for the internal affairs bodies; organization of uninterrupted and full provision of ATS with all types of materiel.

If we take, for example, the last two years, can you tell us what has been done by the Logistics Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic?

During this period we have done a significant amount of work. In particular, this year the construction of the administrative building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leskensky district has been completed. When planning the facility, we provided for the possibility of optimal placement of office premises, a sports hall equipped with modern simulators, a new checkpoint and a duty station equipped with technical means of inspection and verification. Also, dormitory No. 1 of the North Caucasus Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (branch) of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was reconstructed. The reconstruction of the administrative building of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chereksky district has been completed.

In other areas of activity, there are also positive shifts: over the past two years, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic received weapons property worth more than 115 million rubles, the department's vehicle fleet has been significantly updated. More specifically: 339 official vehicles of domestic and foreign production were received.

First of all, I would like to recall Boris Shakhimovich Dumayev, who headed the Logistics Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kabardino-Balkaria from 1983 to 1992. In particular, under his strict guidance, the medical and sanitary unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was put into operation. And now, as the Chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Internal Affairs Bodies and Internal Troops of the KBR, Boris Shakhimovich conducts multifaceted, purposeful work on the patriotic, spiritual and moral education of youth. I would also like to name the names of Latif Isufovich Deshev and Ratmir Khasanbievich Bekishev, who at various times also headed the Logistics Service of the Republican Ministry of Internal Affairs, their professionalism and boundless dedication to the service became a worthy example for the current generation of the unit's employees.

-Vladimir Taimurazovich, you are the owner of many awards, including from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia - medals "For Valor in Service", "For Distinction in Service" of 3 degrees, "For Distinction in Public Order Maintenance", "Participant of hostilities" and etc. I would like to know more about you

He came to the internal affairs bodies in 1994, after graduating from a mechanical and technological college. He started as a State Traffic Inspector. I have been working directly in the rear since 2005 - 12 years ago I was a traffic safety inspector of the motor transport department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Southern Federal District, a little later I was appointed head of the department, and then headed the department of logistics and technical support of the Center for Provision and Control of VOGO and P of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

-How do you spend your free time?

Frankly speaking, I have very little free time. We often have to stay late at work. But I try to find time and pay special attention to my family, children, my son and daughter.

If you recall history, then this service was created by the decision of the Petrograd Soviet in 1918. Initially, the unit was responsible for weapons, uniforms, automobiles and food supplies for police officers. The economic service is not involved in solving crimes, but takes part in the protection of public order on an equal basis with other employees during city mass events, and also passes off tests in fire and physical training. The rear services provide the police services with everything necessary for operational and service activities: this is the provision of equipped offices, and the provision of vehicles, weapons and uniforms. In the rear service, not only certified employees work, but also civilian employees. Their work is important and necessary in the system of internal affairs bodies.

In the Beloyarsk District Department of Internal Affairs, the service was provided with uniforms and weapons, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Pyotr Yakovlevich Filippov, a home front worker Nikolai Alexandrovich Mikhailov, Mikhail Ivanovich Zhelonkin, Nikolai Konstantinovich Pogozhev, Alexander Nikolayevich Zverev, Sergei Ivanovich Petrov, Oleg Yuryevich Lobanov.

After Chernov's seniority retirement, for a short time the head of the rear division was senior lieutenant of the internal service Egorchenkov Yevgeny Valerievich.

Currently, the head of the logistic service is the captain of the internal service, Aleksey Aleksandrovich Kuchinsky. Under his leadership, the department is staffed by senior lieutenant of the internal service Evgeny Sayfutdinov, weapons specialist; warrant officer of the internal service Elena Zheltysheva, foreman; Senior Lieutenant of the Internal Service Alexander Krasnikov, Senior Information Technology Engineer; senior lieutenant of the internal service Olesya Gladilova, engineer.

The veterans of the rear unit remember the dashing 90s, when there were difficulties in the internal affairs bodies with the provision of clothing and monetary allowances for police officers. Now the veterans of the service are retired for seniority, but they continue to work in a civilian specialty. No matter how difficult the years of service were, they fondly remember the everyday life of the police, about their colleagues with whom they had to serve.

The rear police unit was supplemented with new positions, which were not previously available. But no matter what division a police officer serves, he must always know and remember his veterans, who, not sparing their lives and health, honestly and conscientiously stood guard over the Law.
