All last week I wondered how to return the joy and interest in life, and today I will tell you how I solved this problem. This article will be very detailed, it will cover everything from the very basics. Typically, these posts contain a list of standard tips, and do not talk about the most important things, which by itself does not solve the problem. I tried not just to give standard advice (although there will be such recommendations), but to fundamentally solve the problem from the very depths. I will touch on the issue from all sides, describe the reasons as fully as possible and talk about the methods of solution, then summarize.

In recent years, I noticed quite often that I was losing my joy and interest in life, but I quickly took the necessary measures and corrected the situation. The only mistake was that I generally allowed such a state, but reconfiguring yourself is actually not so difficult, the main thing is to know how.

Why there is no interest in life and joy

This state comes when we have a lack of energy. I note that this is the reason for the lack of joy and interest itself (that is, the reason for the very sense of life). But there are reasons for the shortage itself, but first you need to find them, since they are primary.

After that, it is necessary to eliminate the reasons found, build in some settings, set the necessary emotional background, bring clarity, then activate and implement the necessary model of thinking and behavior.

Why so detailed? All this is necessary if you want not only to return the joy and interest in life, but also to experience something that you may not have experienced for many years. I'm talking about a healthy and happy feeling of life, which is a manifestation of incredible energy, and the cause of real happiness. If you do everything I mentioned above, then you can catch the necessary wave, and then just keep the right energy charge and mood. But first things first.

What causes lack of energy

A handicap can be either physical, emotional, or spiritual. In my last recent case, I experienced a combination of the first two, but I will also talk about the third reason for the lack, since this year I also experienced a spiritual lack, especially since it is one of the most common.

Most often, the cause of such conditions is a combination of several factors that give a little bit of their influence. Sometimes not even a little, but if each of these factors is tangibly manifested, then a more severe and depressive state already appears.

First, I’ll tell you, using a personal example, what exactly prevented me from experiencing joy and interest in life, that is, what exactly were the reasons for the leakage of energy. In my case, it was not even the leak itself, I spent no more energy than usual, I just didn’t get much.

Everything is elementary, I didn’t want to write about it, but if I don’t write, then you won’t understand me, so in order for you and me to tune in to a normal level of understanding, I’ll still tell my story.
At the time of writing this article, I am (or maybe already was) in the most difficult situation in my life. 2014 was the most difficult year of my entire adult life, but the current year, 2015, has become even more difficult. The peak was in August, and now, in September, the situation has moved from its place, and perhaps this is already the dynamics of improvement. Time will tell. The point here is not even that I made a bunch of mistakes, but that when you invest a lot, it takes a lot of effort, and this is why mistakes are terrible, but without them it is impossible.

Of course, I will decide all this someday, but when is up to me. If you follow the rules below, then in any situation you can maintain a fairly good energy. Perhaps, at certain periods, life will break you in every way, but you will feel quite normal. Instead of panic and fuss, you will just take regular steps towards improving the situation.

How to return the joy of life and interest

A full-fledged energy of a high level is possible in a person only with a comprehensive restoration. If we miss anything, the result will never be super powerful, take it seriously.

1. Optimal physical condition of the body

1-1 Balanced diet.
It is always important to consume energy no less than you expend. This is especially important if you do heavy physical work for some time.
The only exception is if you want to lose weight. In this case, your body will give away the excess that it has accumulated, and you will lose weight. It is possible to solve this problem by daily use in sufficient quantities, and all the necessary components from. Give it enough attention. The physical condition of the body should always be optimal. The number one key to optimal body condition is proper balanced nutrition.

1-2 Full sleep, body activity mode.
The second reason for the lack of physical energy is the wrong mode, which also affects the lack of physical energy. This happens when a person cannot sleep at night, his body produces energy and activity, and during the day, the whole body is in a half-asleep state. In this case, instead of a surge of energy, a feeling of constant cottoniness, the cycles are shifted.
Here the solution is simple - healthy sleep, and, if possible, the presence of a regimen. Ideally, learn how to get up early every morning and be alert, and for this, try to always go to bed as early as possible. In order to defeat the haunting state of lack of energy, start every morning with a light exercise, this is really cool! Then a normal breakfast (not to be skipped), and a shower. Start exercising, the best time to start is when you feel lethargic and sleepy. Get used to such a regimen, in a few days you will notice how to increase physical energy during the daytime hours. Most likely, many of you are already doing all this, but once again it is worth recalling the most important thing, perhaps the reason lies in the fact that you are missing something from the very beginning. 1-3 Bad habits.
The next reason for the lack of physical energy is extremely commonplace - these are bad habits. In this case, I have very bad news for those who have a similar problem. The news is that if you don’t stop consuming them, then every year the situation will get worse and worse, and it’s hard to do something about it, such is life. The only thing left for you is to maintain the energy level with proper proper nutrition, proper sleep, activity, good mood. But even in this case, you will periodically have energy problems, and with age they will become more and more.

If you follow these rules, be in good physical shape and lead an active lifestyle, then even severe depression can quickly go away, and everything else will also normalize by itself.

3. Spiritual power (spirit energy)

Spiritual strength is not what is commonly considered to be willpower. Willpower is another energy, it is the level of power of your inner intention, it can of course be increased, and many people try to technically increase their willpower. In my practice, I came to the conclusion that there is a more effective approach to increasing willpower. It can be increased naturally, or rather, it will increase by itself if you focus your attention on performing certain practical actions. In this way, you will form the necessary habits using the intentional programming of your subconscious. As a result, it turns out that you will not need much effort (energy consumption) at all to increase the level of willpower. You will spend energy only at the initial stage of developing the necessary qualities, and then they no longer require much effort.

Spiritual energy is an external force that makes us act. It is something that attracts us. The impulse comes from within, and it is often assumed that this is an internal force, although in fact this impulse is drawn to something external. This can be compared to a small plant that, with the help of its internal efforts, begins to grow, but in fact it feeds on external energy, it stretches its leaves towards light and warmth.

But to say that the strength of the spirit is external is also not entirely correct, since without the efforts of a person it cannot be manifested. I call the power of the spirit the power of interaction. This is true of all living beings. A person can also feed on the energy of the spirit. In this case, he has a large number of powers that he did not even suspect, and now we will talk about how you can activate the power of the spirit and get the necessary energy.

3-1. Set yourself a goal
One of my favorite phrases that I use in this context is “if you know why you live, then you don’t live in vain.”
The presence of a goal in a person gives him additional fortitude, because if a person knows what he is doing and why, then clarity appears in his thoughts instead of chaos, he is coordinated and strong. Much less hesitation appears, which means that uncertainty disappears, a fortress appears, more freedom and tranquility. The person is structured and consistent, he is liberated. He does not waste time deciding on the next step, he is filled with knowledge. He does not waste energy looking for the best solution, he uses it for the necessary actions leading him to the goal. He knows exactly what he wants and knows where he is going, no fuss, just ease and strong action.

How to decide on a goal? Very simple. Each of us has our own big and small dreams. Analyze some of them, and determine the dream that you think:
1. quite real and achievable
2. feasible in terms of the next few years (depending on your age). If you are already an adult, then choose a dream that can really be realized in 2-3 years. If you are still very young, then you can take more complex dreams.

3-2. Build a life structure for your goals
Do this, and you will understand for yourself how easy it is to return the joy and interest in life in the shortest possible time.
Build your whole life in such a way that each new day brings you one step closer to your goal.
First, analyze your results and the results of other people, clarify what exactly you will need to do. What skills need to be developed and improved to gain maximum speed. Next, based on this data, write down the goal into specific actions and steps by month. Next, write each month into weeks, and weeks into days. And in the end, most importantly, write down your every day from Monday to Sunday, determine how it should go. Find in it (or free) additional time windows in which you will insert specific actions to achieve your goal. If there is no time, prioritize and skip the less important things and try to cut down on the rest.

Thus, day by day you will get closer to your goal, and this will give you extra energy. Your life will be very eventful, you will be committed to your goal, and fate will thank you. All the most successful people were committed to their goal. Many, even not the most talented people, have received the favor of fate due to their commitment and fortitude.

We live in a society, and no matter what anyone says, if we want to get the most out of the universe, then we must develop magnetism in ourselves. We must work on ourselves, and we must do everything to make it pleasant for people to interact with us. Do everything to make it pleasant to read, listen to, look at you, communicate with you. Do everything for this. Become a more pleasant person in every way.
Perhaps many of you will say that there is nowhere more attractive, but there is always room to grow. This will always be a plus. If you can always and in everything increase your attractiveness, then many people will help you (give their energy) completely disinterestedly. Purely because of sympathy for you, or rather, because you yourself can feed them with your energy. If you can charge other people with positivity and strength, then they will not forget it, and will be able to spend a minute or two of their time thanking you. For example, to say a kind word about you, which can have very favorable consequences. If there are many such small kind words, then there will be more favorable consequences for you and your goal.
