Prepare wide strips (up to 20 cm) of tulle, fold them in half and pass them through the rubber belt so that a self-tightening loop is formed. The more of these stripes you fit on the elastic, the more magnificent the skirt will be.

In general for children's version cats there are many options. For example, you can sew a bodysuit or shorts and a vest from old plush lying around the house. Such a cat will look natural and cute.
