ASTROLOGY IS AN EXACT SCIENCE!

Before 2014 size pension payments depended on the age of the citizen, work experience, income level and contributions. In 2015, the calculation procedure was changed. An individual pension coefficient appeared, which became the basis for calculating the amount of the pension. Let's take a closer look at how it is calculated.

Pension reform

Since 2001, Russia is gradually moving to a mixed system of savings. When determining the amount of payment, the IPC is used - an individual pension coefficient, the calculation of which will be presented below. The pension itself now consists of the following parts:

Insurance, in the calculation of which the PKI is applied;

Accumulation payment.

Individual rules for calculating pension savings are provided only for persons:

  • have reached 80 years of age;
  • living in the Far North;
  • disabled people of the 1st group.

By new scheme retirees have to choose between benefits and salaries. The reform is thought out in such a way that for 12 months of work, a pensioner can increase the amount of payment by 17%. This will encourage future retirees to continue working as long as possible. At the same time, the law establishes some restrictions. It makes no sense to work for more than 10 years, since the additional coefficient will not change.

Definition

IPK (individual pension coefficient) is the number of points earned over the years of work. Their approximate number can be calculated using the calculator presented on the FTS website. The new system takes into account the years of work, during which contributions to the funds were in an amount greater than the minimum. The accumulated savings are converted into points.

The individual pension coefficient in monetary terms is recalculated annually depending on the level of price increases. To be eligible for a pension, you must have accumulated a minimum number of points.

The value of the individual pension coefficient (IPC) of the insured will be insufficient for persons with unofficial work experience. To retire in 2017, you need to officially pay taxes for at least 8 years. The individual pension coefficient of the insured affects the amount of the pension, which is calculated by multiplying the IPC by the value of the point.

Restrictions

IPK (individual pension coefficient) has a certain minimum and maximum value. Without accumulating the required number of points, you will not be able to retire. The maximum value for persons who have refused insurance payments and left the funded part of their pension will be different. Within the framework of the new reform, the value of the individual pension coefficient (IPC) - of the insured until 2021 will constantly increase: up to 10 - without savings and up to 6.25 - with savings.

Conditions for 2017

When calculating the indicator, special attention is paid to military service and time to care for a child. In the first case, 1.8 IPCs are counted for each year. In the second case, a lot depends on the number of children. The maximum value of the indicator can be 5.4. The cost of 1 point in 2017 is 78.28 rubles. The annual value of the indicator cannot exceed 7.83, if the citizen has refused the funded payment. If the citizen continues to generate savings, then the maximum individual pension coefficient will be 4.89.

To retire in this year, you need to officially pay taxes for at least 8 years and accumulate 11.4 IPK for insurance pension... If the minimum conditions are met, a citizen has the right to receive only social pension... According to the government's plans, by 2025 the PKI should be at least 30 points.

Calculation of the individual pension coefficient

Each citizen can independently calculate the amount of the pension. To do this, you need to use the formula:

Individual pension coefficient = (Кс + Кн) х joint venture, where:

  • Ks - IPK for the period up to January 1, 2015
  • Book - IPK for the period from 01.01.15 to the day of the appointment of the pension.
  • SP - increase in IPC.

Each of these parts is calculated according to a separate formula.

Calculation of Ks

Ks = Old-age pension (without a fixed payment): Kk + Ʃ P, where:

  • Кк - the cost of one PKI as of 01.01.15 (64.10 rubles).
  • Ʃ P - the sum of the coefficients accumulated for each year of the non-insurance period.

These periods include:

  • military service;
  • the period of care of an able-bodied person for a disabled person of group I;
  • residence of the spouses of military personnel who serve under a contract in areas where they could not work due to lack of employment opportunities (no more than 5 years);
  • the period of residence abroad of the spouses is not more than 5 years.

The specified periods are included in the calculation when calculating the IPC only at the choice of the insured person and provided that they were not taken into account when calculating the old age, disability or survivor benefit. If the duration of the non-insurance period is less than a year, then the value of the coefficient is calculated based on the actual duration of the period in days or months.

Calculation of Kn

The calculation of the individual pension coefficient (IPC) - of the insured - since 2015 has been calculated according to the following formula:

Kn = ƩК + Ʃ П, where:

P is the sum of the values of the coefficients for non-insurance periods accumulated after 2015. Calculated using the above formula.

ƩК - the sum of the IPC for each year after 01.01.15. They are calculated using the following formula:

K = (SV: NSV) x 10, where:

  • SV - the amount of contributions to the old-age pension, which is calculated based on the individual part of the tariff.
  • NSV is the standard amount of contributions for old-age pension, which is calculated by the product of the maximum rate for the insurance pension.

The value of the IPC determined for each year insurance experience limited to the maximum value:

  • Not more than 10 (will be valid from 2021) - for persons who do not accumulate savings for the year due to contributions for compulsory insurance (persons born after 1967, who refused to form savings). Until the full introduction of this coefficient, the following values have been established: 2017 - 8.260; 2018 - 8,700; 2019 - 9,130; in 2020 - 9,570.
  • No more than 6.25 (will be valid from 2021) - for persons who accumulate savings during the year from contributions for compulsory insurance (persons born before 1967 who wished to form savings). Until the full introduction of this coefficient, the following values have been established: 2017 - 5,160; 2018 - 5,430; 2019 - 5.710; 2020 - 5.980.

Calculation of the joint venture

The boost factor is used in such cases:

  • if the old-age pension is assigned for the first time and later than the due date;
  • if the pensioner first refused to receive the pension, and then applied for the restoration of the specified payment.

The increase factor is calculated based on the number of months that have passed from the date of the entitlement to pension until the date of the payment. Or based on the number of months that have passed from the day the payment was stopped due to refusal to receive it (after 01/01/15) until the day it was restored.

The sizes of the coefficients are presented in the table.

Disadvantages of the reform

The reform provides for the accumulation of funds in the budget and their correct redistribution as the need arises. Formal employment has become one of the priorities for most Russians. At the same time, there are a number of serious shortcomings in the reform:

  1. Persons who are employed informally will not be able to receive their full pension. According to statistics, this is approximately 50% of the population of the Russian Federation. More than 20 years of experience is required to receive an adequate payment.
  2. Employed retirees will have to choose between benefits and salaries. Now it is impossible to combine these two payments.
  3. Under the new rules, in order to receive payment, the minimum length of service for 15 years will be tripled.

The reform will last until 2025. There is an annual indexation and fixation of the value of one point.

Calculator

Each citizen can independently calculate the size of the future pension. To do this, you need to enter data on the PF website into a special calculator general experience and level wages... The program calculates the pension level taking into account indexations and pension coefficients. However, you can calculate the size of your future pension without a calculator. Enough take advantage of the formula presented in the article.

Daily calorie intake for weight loss

How many calories do you need per day to lose weight? How to calculate calories and calorie consumption correctly? An online calorie calculator will help you solve these problems.

Of course, every person who wants to lose weight has his own way of life: someone is more, someone is less active. Accordingly, one needs to calculate the number of calories per day for weight loss and strictly adhere to this plan, while the other needs to decide how much he needs to keep himself in shape.

How to correctly calculate calorie consumption for weight loss

If you decide to lose weight, you need to know your allowable rate and optimal amount calories per day. To calculate the calorie consumption and understand the calorie content of a particular dish, use the online calculator.

To calculate your daily calorie intake, you need to determine how much you consume in one day.

There is a specially designed Mifflin-San Geor formula:

  • daily calorie intake for men: (10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) - 5 x age (g) + 5) x A;
  • for women, the daily calorie intake is calculated using the same formula, the difference from the male formula in the last coefficient: change +5 to -161.

After performing this simple computational operation, we receive data to keep ourselves in shape. In order to calculate the calorie content for weight loss, multiply the result by the indicator physical activity(A):

  • low (sedentary work in the office + rare walks around the city) = 1.2;
  • small (above + exercise in the gym + swimming several times a week) = 1.4;
  • average (workouts 3-5 times a week) = 1.6;
  • high (daily physical activity) = 1.7.

Harris-Benedict Formula.

BMR (Basal Metabolism) * AMR (Active Metabolism).

BMR for women: 447.593 + (9.247 * weight in kg) + (3.098 * height in cm) - (4.330 * age in years).

BMR for men: odds 88.362; 13.397; 4.799; 5,677 respectively.

  • Sedentary lifestyle - 1.2;
  • Moderate activity - 1.375;
  • Average (classes 3-5 times a week) - 1.55;
  • Active people (intense loads) - 1.725;
  • Athletes (6-7 times a week) - 1.9.

For gaining muscle mass, AMR = 1.2; for losing weight women and men - 0.8.

Consumption per kilogram depends only on weight and lifestyle:

  • sedentary. 1 kg from x26 to x30;
  • light activity. 1 kg from x31 to x37;
  • average. 1 kg from x38 to x40;
  • high. 1 kg from x41 to x50;
  • extreme. 1 kg from x50 to x55.

Weight loss rate for men and women per day

Nutritionists say that when losing weight, the daily calorie intake for a woman and for a girl should be at least 1100-1300 kcal. This amount of consumption is able to provide female body everything you need.

For weight loss, the daily calorie intake for a man is slightly higher - 1300-1600 kcal. It is extremely important to calculate the calorie content of your food in such a way that it contains not only protein, but also complex carbohydrates. In no case should you refuse whole food groups. This can negatively affect your well-being.

How to calculate your daily calorie intake for weight loss?

The online calculator of daily calorie intake will help you understand what calorie intake you need to keep in shape, as well as make a calculation and help you understand how many calories per day you need to lose weight. In addition, you can calculate the rate yourself using tables and formulas for calorie intake.

For a person, the recommended daily calorie intake for weight loss is 20% less than the result that you received during the above calculations (1200-1400 kcal). For a child (under 10 years old), the average daily allowance, when losing weight, fluctuates around 1800-2000 kcal, and for a teenager, the recommended daily allowance is 2300-2500 kcal.

The ratio of BJU in the diet

For a long time, doctors, nutritionists, scientists and physiologists have tried to derive the proportional ratio of BJU so that the human body can fully function, as well as to prevent diseases associated with malnutrition or malnutrition. As a result, they established the following relationship, which is important to remember:

  • 1 g B = 4 kcal;
  • 1 g W = 9;
  • 1 g Y = 4.

A person should consume food per day containing 40% proteins and carbohydrates and 20% fats. The formulas for the calculation are as follows:

  • B: (2000 kcal * 0.4) / 4;
  • W: (2000 * 0.2) / 9;
  • Y: (2000 * 0.4) / 4.

The results obtained are for you the necessary norm of each substance separately.

Table of proteins, fats, carbohydrates (BJU) products

The last task remains: to find food corresponding to these data.
It is important to take into account its usefulness for the body, the presence of vitamins, minerals, fiber and other useful elements that are directly involved in the growth and regeneration of cells and the proper functioning of all internal organs and systems.

The menu should be varied. If possible, include dairy and dairy products, meat, fish, cereals, fruits, vegetables, flour, nuts, sweets.

When compiling a balanced diet, this table will be an excellent assistant:
