    60. When wearing field military uniforms, servicemen wear detachable, rectangular shoulder straps from the fabric of military uniforms on the jackets of a set of field uniforms.

    61. On the shoulder straps of officers, warrant officers (warrant officers), in accordance with the military rank, five-pointed metal stars (high-ranking officers - embroidered) are placed in golden color, on the shoulder straps to the jackets of a set of field uniforms - in a khaki color. The stars are oriented by one of the rays to the upper edge of the shoulder strap. In addition, embroidered images of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation in the form of its main figure - a two-headed eagle, generals of the army - embroidered five-pointed stars framed by a wreath are placed on the shoulder straps of the marshals of the Russian Federation in multicolor or one-color (khaki) versions.

Servicemen (except for the Navy), for whom lapel badges are not installed, wear the lapel badges of the Ground Forces.

    On the jackets of the suit of the summer set of field uniforms, the lapel badges of the services (arms of the armed forces) of the Armed Forces, special troops (services) are of a khaki color, and in the cases established by these Rules, when the set of field uniforms is used as a daily uniform, they are golden.

    Lapel signs are placed:

    on removable shoulder straps - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 5 mm from the edge of the shaped button;

    on sewn-on shoulder straps of servicemen of the Navy with military ranks of justice and medical service - on the longitudinal center line of the shoulder strap, at a distance of 10 mm from the edge of the collar;

    on the collars - along the bisector, at a distance of 30 mm from the corner of the collar to the center of the lapel mark, while the vertical axis of symmetry of the lapel mark should be parallel to the collar departure (on the jacket of a suit of a summer set of field uniforms, the lapel marks are placed in the corner of the collar).

    67. Insignia according to the affiliation of military personnel are sleeve insignia and badges.

    The sleeve insignia of belonging to the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, types (branches of the armed forces) of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops not belonging to the types (branches of the armed forces) of the Armed Forces are located on the outer side of the left sleeve of items of military uniform.

    The sleeve insignia according to belonging to specific military formations are located on the outside of the right sleeve of items of military uniform.

    Servicemen of military units who do not have sleeve insignia for belonging to specific military formations wear insignia according to the affiliation of a higher military command (military formation).

    Servicemen doing military service outside the Russian Federation wear on the outside of the right sleeve instead of the insignia of belonging to a particular military formation, a sleeve insignia of state affiliation.

    The sleeve signs are placed:

    on woolen tunics, woolen jackets (except for summer woolen jackets), woolen jackets, flannel jackets - at a distance of 80 mm from the top of the sleeve to the top of the sleeve sign;

    68. On jackets of everyday suits and jackets of a set of field uniforms (except for a jacket of a windproof suit), breast stripes are worn in the places provided for their placement:

    on right side chest - a chest patch with a yellow inscription “ARMED FORCES OF RUSSIA” and piping;

    on the left side of the chest - a chest patch with a yellow inscription, displaying the name and initials of the serviceman, for example:

    "IVANOV II", and edging.

    The color of the edging of the chest patches on the jacket of an everyday suit is red (in the Air Force, Airborne Forces and the Aerospace Defense Forces - blue, in the Navy and among senior officers - yellow).

    The color of the edging of the chest patches on the jackets of the set of protective field uniforms (and in the cases established by these Rules, when the set of field uniforms is used as a daily form of clothing, is red, blue, yellow).

    69. Patches (except for the State Flag of the Russian Federation) and breast stripes on jackets of a set of field uniforms are worn in a khaki color, and in the cases established by these Rules, when a set of field uniforms is used as a daily military uniform, in color.

    The sleeve insignia of the State Flag of the Russian Federation is worn only when wearing a set of field uniforms as a daily military uniform.

    70. The sleeve insignia for training courses of cadets of military educational organizations in the form of golden squares are worn on the outer side of the left sleeve of demi-season jackets, jackets of everyday suits, uniforms and flannel jackets.

    The sleeve insignia for the training courses of cadets of military educational organizations are placed below the sleeve insignia according to their affiliation with the types (arms of troops) of the Armed Forces, the Railway Troops, troops not belonging to the types and types of troops of the Armed Forces, downward angle at a distance of 10 mm.

    On the uniforms, sleeve insignia for training courses for cadets of military educational organizations are placed at a distance of 175 mm from the upper point of the left sleeve.

    71. The sleeve insignia according to the years of service of servicemen undergoing military service under contract in the positions of soldiers (sailors), sergeants and foremen, in the form of golden squares, are worn on the lower part of the outer sides of the sleeves of demi-season jackets, jackets with long sleeves of everyday suits, jackets naval suits, jackets of summer camouflage suits.

    In the cases established by these Rules, when a summer camouflage suit is used as a field uniform, sleeve insignia for years of service are of a khaki.

    72. Badges differences in belonging to specific military formations are worn on the left side of a woolen tunic, a woolen jacket, a summer woolen jacket, a woolen jacket 10 mm below the ribbons of state awards.

    73. The official badges of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and his deputies, heads of central bodies of military control, commanders of large formations, commanders of formations and military units are placed on the right side of the chest 10 mm above the badge of class qualifications after the badges of honorary titles.

    74. Signs of duty shifts and forces:

    regiment duty officer (headquarters, battalion, company, checkpoint, canteen, paramedic, park, military echelon), operational duty officer, patrol, military automobile inspection inspector and others are worn in everyday and field uniforms on the left side of the chest:

    75. Other insignia are worn in accordance with the requirements of the orders for their establishment.

    76. Shoulder straps, insignia must be correctly and neatly sewn (attached). Shoulder straps - clean, not wrinkled, without inserts. Metal insignia of servicemen should not be deformed, have enamel chips and abrasions.

    81. Signs of orders, orders and medals on the left side of the chest are placed:

    on the jacket of a summer casual suit, the lower edge of the pads of orders and medals of the first row is located at the level of the upper edge of the chest pocket flap;

    82. Orders on the right side of the chest are placed from top to bottom, from center to edge in the following order:

    The centers of the orders in the rows must be located at the same level. When wearing orders in several rows, the second row and subsequent ones are placed below the largest order of the lower row by 10 mm.

    83. Badges to honorary titles of the Russian Federation, honorary badges of laureates of awards are placed on the right side of the chest above the orders, and in the absence of orders - in their place.

    84. Wearing ribbons of orders and medals together with the insignia of the corresponding orders and medals is not allowed. Ribbons for orders and medals are worn on the left side of the chest with everyday and ceremonial military uniforms out of order.

    Ribbons of state awards, insignia of the Armed Forces and other heraldic signs (hereinafter referred to as ribbons) are placed horizontally on the slats in a row from top to bottom from the center of the chest to the edge. In a row, there should be no more than five ribbons on the strips. Ribbons that do not fit in one row are transferred to the next row and are located symmetrically relative to the middle of the complete previous row.

    To the left and below the ribbons of state awards and insignia of the Armed Forces, ribbons of other military heraldic signs are worn.

    85. Tapes on the strips are placed:

    on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, woolen summer jacket, woolen jacket - so that the upper edge of the first row of planks is 70 mm below the level of the lapel corner in the center of the chest;

    on a shirt (blouse), jacket of an everyday suit - symmetrically to the vertical axis of the left breast pocket so that the lower edge of the ribbons of orders and medals is at the level of the upper edge of the pocket;

    on a flannel (formenka) - so that the upper edge of the first row of planks is 70 mm above the level of the collar neckline in the center of the chest;

    on the jackets of a suit of a summer set of field uniforms - in the places provided for their placement, only in cases established by these Rules, when the set of field uniforms is used as a daily military uniform.

    The height of the ribbons on the strips of the medals is 8 mm.

    86. Insignia of the Armed Forces (except medals of the Ministry of Defense), other military heraldic insignia are placed in accordance with the provisions on them:

    1) memorable signs of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and other officials, as well as the sign "Participant of the parade dedicated to the 55th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War" are worn on the right lapel of a woolen tunic, a woolen jacket, a jacket summer woolen, woolen jacket;

    2) badges of class qualifications of specialists of the Armed Forces (commander of a ship (submarine) are placed on the right side of the chest:

    on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket - so that the upper edge of the badge is located below the level of the lapel corner by 70 mm in the center of the chest, and in the presence of orders - 10 mm below their lower edge;

    on a flannel (uniform) - so that the upper edge of the badge is located above the level of the collar neckline by 70 mm in the center of the chest, and in the presence of orders - 10 mm below their lower edge;

    on the jacket of a casual suit - 10 mm higher than the largest insignia;

    3) the insignia of the Armed Forces are located on the right side of the chest in the following priority order:

    "Guard" sign;

    sign of graduation from a military educational organization (state educational organization of vocational education);

    sign of the end of the Suvorov military, Nakhimov naval, military music schools;

    badge "Excellence in the service (branch) of the Armed Forces";

    "Parachutist" sign;

    badge "For combat trawling";

    sign “For a long trip”;

    a badge of distinction to designate the merits shown in the performance of official and special duties, high achievements of military personnel in various types of daily activities (including sports), their high combat and professional qualities.

    The insignia of the Armed Forces (except for medals of the Ministry of Defense) and other military heraldic signs are placed horizontally in a row from the center of the chest to the right edge, while in a row there should be no more than three (on the jacket of a daily summer suit - four) signs, the distance between the signs differences 10 mm.

    When servicemen wear the insignia of the Armed Forces (except medals of the Ministry of Defense) and other military-heraldic insignia less than the maximum number, they are located symmetrically relative to vertical line, conventionally drawn in the center of the visible part of the chest.

    87. Insignia of the Armed Forces and other military heraldic insignia are located:

    on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, woolen summer jacket, woolen jacket - so that the upper edge of the largest mark is 70 mm below the lapel angle in the center of the chest, the rest of the marks (but not more than three) of this row are oriented along the horizontal axis of symmetry of this mark , and in the presence of orders or badge of class qualifications - 10 mm below them;

    on the jacket of a casual summer suit - so that the lower edge of the largest sign is located at the level of the upper edge of the chest pocket flap, the remaining signs (but not more than four) of this row are oriented along the horizontal axis of symmetry of this sign;

    on the flannel (uniform) - so that the upper edge of the largest badge is 70 mm below the level of the lapel angle, the remaining badges (but not more than three) of this row are oriented along the horizontal axis of symmetry of this badge, and in the presence of orders or badge of class qualifications - on 10 mm below them.

    88. If servicemen have badges on graduation from two or more military educational institutions of higher education, only one badge of the military educational institution of higher education is worn.

    89. The sign of the number of wounds made of galloon, 6 mm wide and 43 mm long, of golden color (in case of a serious injury) and dark red (in case of a slight injury) is placed on a strip made of military clothing. The sign of the number of wounds in case of a serious injury is placed below the sign of the number of wounds in case of a slight injury, the distance between them is 3 mm.

    on a woolen tunic, woolen jacket, summer woolen jacket, woolen jacket - so that the upper edge of the badge is 70 mm below the lapel angle in the center of the chest, and in the presence of orders and badge of class qualifications of a specialist of the Armed Forces (ship (submarine) commander) - 10 mm higher than them;

    on the jacket of an everyday suit - so that the lower edge of the badge is 10 mm higher than the largest insignia, and if there is a badge of class qualifications of a specialist of the Armed Forces (ship (submarine) commander) - 10 mm higher than him;

    on a flannel (uniform) - so that the upper edge of the badge is located above the level of the collar neckline by 70 mm in the center of the chest, and in the presence of orders and a badge of class qualifications - 10 mm higher than them;

    90. Wearing state awards, departmental insignia and other heraldic signs (except for the cases provided for by these Rules) is not allowed on field uniforms, items of special and work clothing.

    Vii. Wearing a special ceremonial full dress military uniform of servicemen of the guard of honor of the Armed Forces

    91. Uniform of servicemen:

    1) summer:

    a woolen cap in aqua (blue in the Air Force, black in the Navy (white summer cap));

    aiguillette;

    black socks;

    white gloves.

    2) winter:

    a hat with earflaps made of gray astrakhan fur (in the Navy - black);

    detachable collar made of gray astrakhan fur (in the Navy - black);

    gray woolen coat (in the Air Force - blue, the Navy - black);

    a woolen jacket of the color of a sea wave (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black);

    woolen trousers with boots (except for the Navy) in aqua (in the Air Force - blue);

    black woolen trousers (for the Navy);

    ceremonial belt of golden color;

    aiguillette;

    black boots (except for the Navy);

    black boots (for the Navy);

    black socks;

    white gloves.

    It is allowed to wear with a winter uniform:

    woolen cap (summer cap);

    woolen coat without detachable astrakhan collar.

    92. Hats with earflaps made of astrakhan fur are worn with a golden cockade.

    93. Woolen caps are worn with a golden cockade, with a red band (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) and red piping (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - white), with 5% gilding on the band, with braided cord 5% gold plating. The crown of the Air Force cap is embroidered with the Air Force emblem, 5% gold-plated.

    94. Jacket woolen navy blue (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) with a red plastron (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black), with edging of gold and red (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - white ) colors, with 5% gold-plated sewing on the collar and cuffs.

    The sleeve insignia of belonging to the branches of the Armed Forces are located on the outer side of the left sleeve of items of military uniform.

    The sleeve insignia of belonging to a particular military formation are located on the outside of the right sleeve of military clothing.

    95. Woolen trousers with aqua boots (in the Air Force - blue) with red piping (in the Air Force - blue).

    Black woolen trousers - no piping.

    96. Dress belts are worn over:

    woolen coat;

    woolen tunics.

    Front belts are located:

    on woolen coats - between the second and third rows of buttons from the bottom, and at the back they are laid behind the strap;

    on woolen tunics - between the first and second rows of buttons from the bottom, and at the back they lie between two rows of shaped buttons, with the help of which curly posts are fastened.

    97. Items of military clothing are worn buttoned up.

    98. When wearing military uniforms, military footwear must be of the established sample, in good condition and cleaned.

    99. Officers wear on woolen coats and jackets sewn shoulder straps with trapezoidal upper edges, with a button in the upper part, with a field of galloon of a special weave of golden color, with gaps and edging in red (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - black) with metal insignia of golden color of the established sample.

    100. The conscripts wear woolen shoulder straps sewn on their coats and tunics with trapezoidal upper edges, with a button in the upper part, with a field of galloon of a special weave of golden color, with longitudinal stripes of red (in the Air Force - blue, in the Navy - white) color with metallic stylized letters "ВС" of golden color.

    1. To allow for three years the mixing of the following items of existing and new military uniforms:

    gray astrakhan fur caps with a cap of the established color and gray (black) astrakhan fur berets;

    woolen coats with or without fur collars and demi-season protective (blue, black) jackets with ceremonial and everyday military uniforms;

    coats, jackets and skirts of woolen navy blue, (blue, black) with a full dress military uniform;

    coats, jackets and woolen skirts of protective (blue, black) color with everyday military uniform;

    shirts, blouses of a protective (blue, cream) color with formal and everyday military uniforms;

    shirts, white blouses with full dress military uniform;

    summer field caps, summer and winter field camouflage suits.

    2. Mixing of items of military uniform with other items of clothing, footwear and equipment, not provided for by this Procedure, is not allowed.
