Teens and digital technologies. New technologies in the organization of leisure for children and adolescents The impact of modern technologies on the younger generation

The organization of leisure for children and youth is increasingly recognized by scientists and practitioners as an urgent need today.

The modern socio-cultural situation, the crisis of society gave rise to the most complex problems in the upbringing of the younger generation and in the formation of a single individual.

Many years of ignoring the objective phenomena taking place in the sphere of organizing the free time of adolescents and young people, the low level of the proposed forms of leisure communication, the underdevelopment of the material and technical base of cultural institutions have led to the fact that criminality among adolescents is growing every day; the number of vagrant children, underage prostitutes and drug addicts is increasing. The number of adolescents who use drugs has increased 10 times over the past ten years, and the age of initiation of drugs is 14 years, but there are even 6-8-year-old children.

The lack of comprehensive pedagogical research, new technologies in organizing the free time of children and young people leads to the fact that in this activity indifference of managers, professional incompetence and even professional unsuitability of leisure organizers are often observed.

In such a situation, it is necessary to develop regulatory and methodological documents, holistic programs for organizing and correcting the system of leisure activities for children and youth.

Today, in the leisure of the younger generation, we observe complex contradictory phenomena. On the one hand, adolescents are often not ready to choose the types of activities and activities that are offered to them by institutions in the sphere of culture and leisure. On the other hand, the existing circles, amateur associations and interest clubs are not ready to satisfy the constant desire of young people for independence and originality in the choice of forms of spending their free time.

Adolescents do not have stable interests in terms of spending their free time and often willingly adopt from adults their models of filling out their leisure time, which are not always positive.

What can institutions of the social and cultural sphere do to improve the situation in which our young generation finds themselves?

Firstly, this is a study of the direction and structure of spending free time by children and young people; Secondly, there is a need for targeted support for cultural innovations that already exist in some regions of Russia. It is identifying, promoting and replicating best ideas and technologies for organizing leisure activities of different age groups of the population, especially young people; development and implementation of new forms of work and types of activity in the practice of various educational, cultural and sports institutions, since club institutions should attract adolescents no less than a street company; informing, as well as training young people in modern methods of normalizing a stressful situation and getting out of a crisis situation. Thirdly, preparation professional educators leisure activities capable of becoming a social technologist in the correctional and educational activities of adolescents.

Currently, some regions of Russia have accumulated significant experience of innovative techniques that can be successfully applied in any other region, but its implementation requires optimization of the cultural life of the region, which should be based on the continuity, preservation and creation of the experience of previous generations. An analysis of the activities of various institutions of the social and cultural sphere of the Central Black Earth Region showed that in Lately methods for organizing art and aesthetic education and education in schools of the city of Tambov and Lipetsk are being improved, the cultural heritage of the past is being developed, the socio-demographic problems of the existence of artistic traditions in the modern urban and rural environment are being investigated, and regional programs for prevention are being created. bad habits in adolescents and youth, methods of environmental and family education.

In the city of Tambov and the cities of the region, many social and cultural programs and projects are being successfully implemented. Among them, the most significant are psychological, pedagogical, economic, legal and leisure programs. So, for example, within the framework of the federal program "Youth of Russia" on the basis of the city Center for work with children and youth of the Committee for Children and Youth Affairs of the Mayor's Office of the city of Tambov, programs have been developed: "Renaissance", "I am for Russia)," Ecology and children ", "Growth".

One of the interesting innovative methods for organizing the leisure of adolescents is the author's valeological program of the course "Path of Health" by O. Andreeva for adolescents 12-13 years old. The course is designed for 20 lessons lasting 1-2 academic hours, which can be carried out both in out-of-school childcare facilities and as an elective in school.

This is an integrated course aimed at forming the foundations of valeological culture in adolescents, including sexual, moral, physical and aesthetic education.

The main objectives of the course are:

1) the formation of adolescents' need for maintaining and strengthening their physical, mental and moral health, providing them with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for this;

2) adolescents' mastery of the elements of moral culture in the sphere of relationships with relatives, friends, the opposite sex, fostering the desire to be guided in these relations by the norms of public morality.

The course "Path of Health" is divided into several large blocks, which are conventionally called: "My light, mirror, tell me", "Time is for business", "Rest and leisure", "Mom, dad, me", "Masha + Vitya".

Each block includes theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is the necessary minimum of knowledge from the field of medicine, psychology, physiology, knowledge of the norms and rules of behavior of public morality. The theoretical material is presented in the form of a heuristic conversation using elements of the problem teaching method. In this case, the function of the educator is to correctly formulate leading questions and create problem situations based on the contradiction between the knowledge of the children and their real behavior. In the course of such a conversation, firstly, the depth of knowledge of the pupils is investigated, and secondly, the educator does not report known facts, but only corrects and supplements the answers.

The practical part is a system of methods for consolidating theoretical knowledge. It includes physical exercises, role-playing and training games, various creative exercises and assignments, psychological tests.

Physical exercise are used for the prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, fatigue of the organs of vision, hearing, mental fatigue. Role-playing helps to understand the motives of other people's behavior, for example, parents, teachers. Psychological tests are of great help both to the educator in understanding the world of adolescents, their orientation, life position, relationships with others, and to the educator in knowing himself and his actions. In the classroom, short-term and long-term creative homework is used.

The main stage of classes in any block is the formation of motivation of adolescents in obtaining knowledge, skills and abilities. Despite the fact that the course covers not abstract, but real, vital issues, the formation of motivation cannot be taken for granted. Without the need for knowledge and skills, the personal interest of each pupil, it will not be possible to achieve the desired educational effect.

V adolescence children are acutely concerned about the shortcomings of their appearance. Classes, united in the block "My light, mirror, tell me", are designed to help teenagers overcome this complex. This block covers the issues of body and clothing hygiene, good nutrition, proper gait and posture. Think about the components of external beauty, believe that everything is in own hands... - the first step to healthy way life.

Many of the problems of adolescents are associated with the desire to improve their academic performance. Unfortunately, very often the attitude towards the child on the part of teachers and parents is formed on the basis of the marks received by the child. Therefore, the desire to learn better is sometimes dictated not only by the desire to provide oneself with a good profession in the future, but, mainly, to force adults to change their opinion about themselves, to win their favor. In the classroom section "Business - time", the children get acquainted with various methods of fast memorization, explore the types of memory, thinking, get acquainted With exercises that can help increase speed thought processes... Much attention is paid to the prevention of school fatigue, the regime of work and rest. In the classroom of this block, adolescents learn to resolve conflicts with teachers, to defend their opinions. Various psychological techniques can be of great help in preparing for tests, exams, allowing you to more calmly endure these stressful situations.

Difficult relationships between adolescents and their parents have led to the need to allocate a block of classes called "Mom, Dad, Me". In these classes, the role functions in the family, the responsibilities of each family member in relation to each other are determined and specified. The guys learn to get out of conflict situations in the family. The block also includes distribution issues family budget based on the needs of each family member.

One of the most interesting sections that is most popular among teenagers is the Masha + Vitya block. In the course of these lessons, the children get acquainted with the differences in the physiological and mental development men and women, the culture of relationships between the sexes. Especially many questions are raised by the topic of the birth and development of a child. When considering issues on the prevention of early pregnancy, methods of contraception, sexually transmitted diseases, abortions, special delicacy of the teacher is required. When considering any issue of this topic, the main emphasis is on morality, culture of relations.

The section "Rest and Leisure" includes the work of the teacher on the study of the free time and leisure of a teenager. It is investigated how much time the child spends on the street, in front of the TV, computer, what programs, films he watches, what books he reads. The teacher introduces children to the rules of hygiene when working with a computer, watching TV, as well as interesting programs, films, books for teenagers. The purpose of this work is to take adolescents away from the sphere of only “entertainment” into the sphere of “cognitive, spiritual and developing”. We offer programs, books, films, designed not for simple "swallowing", but providing an opportunity for moral and intellectual pursuits.

The teacher also conducts a survey about which circles, sections, studios, etc. are visited by teenagers or would like to attend. Based on the data obtained, a list of recreational institutions operating in the school (district, city) capable of satisfying the aspirations of adolescents is compiled.

During the class, the teacher considers possible options for the behavior of adolescents in a particular situation, gives students the necessary knowledge for more the right choice, which is provided to the adolescents themselves.

The block "Leisure" also includes issues of prevention of tobacco smoking, alcohol dependence and drug addiction, the effect of these substances on appearance, internal organs, psyche. Reliance on the moral aspect of these issues is also important. In the practical part of these lessons, the children are invited to solve various life situations, for example: "If I was offered to smoke ...", "My friend is an alcoholic", etc.

In order to increase the culture of communication between adolescents, they are offered various games of a wide variety of directions (from psychological tests to children's games), topics for discussion with friends, and independent mini-research. In addition, the teacher can periodically inform the children about the cultural life of the city (opening of exhibitions, expositions) that may interest them.

Approbation of the course "Path of Health" is carried out by us in the 7-8th grades of the linguistic gymnasium in Tambov.

Thus, taking into account the real and potential capabilities of regional institutions in the socio-cultural sphere, it is necessary to promote the development and dissemination of new technologies in the field of leisure and create conditions for their successful implementation.

Questions for self-test:

1. What factors influence the development of modern adolescents.

2. How the modern social situation in our country affects the worldview of adolescents, the formation of their values.

3. What are the requirements for the professional and personal qualities of a modern teacher

4. Describe the main problem areas of modern adolescents.

5. Do you consider it necessary to introduce a valeological course in schools, leisure facilities?

Introduction

Relevance . In the era of rapid development of information technology, the computer is perceived as an integral part of our life. Most modern children generally cannot imagine their studies or leisure without it and spend hours alone with a luminous screen.
Currently, there are quite a few means, forms and methods of communication in the world, in particular, they use the global computer network - the Internet. Where people communicate, share any information, get to know each other. It should be noted that the Internet is developing quite rapidly, turning from a big toy for individual intellectuals into a source of all kinds of useful information for everyone, and is also becoming the main form of virtual communication. Now it is becoming more and more difficult not to get into the "network" and not acquire computer addiction.

The relevance of the chosen topic is explained by the fact that the study of the problems of computer addiction is of particular importance in the rapid development of computer technology.

I believe that the teenager and the social network is one of the hot topics of our time. Socialization of a person occurs in the process of education and under the significant influence of the environment. The environment of a modern person, in which education takes place, has changed significantly. The Internet is the most influential right now. Currently, the situation of the influence of both the Internet and social networks on the younger generation has become very aggravated. Some believe that this is only beneficial, some - that it is harmful.

Purpose of the study: consider the problem of computer addiction

Research objectives:

Study the literature on the problem of computer addiction.

Prepare the toolkit (in in this case- questionnaire) for the survey

    Conduct a survey.

Analyze the data obtained and formulate conclusions.

Object of study: students in grades 5-11.

Subject of study: the problem of computer addiction among adolescents

Hypothesis:Nowadays, the term "computer addiction" is still not recognized by many scientists dealing with the problems of mental disorders, but the very phenomenon of the formation of a pathological connection between a person and a computer has become obvious and is gaining momentum.

Research methods: analysis of special literature, study of terminology, questionnaires.

Chapter 1. The history of the emergence of social networks.

The prerequisites for the emergence of social networks were guest books (web applications consisting of a list of messages shown from the last to the first that each visitor can leave), forums (messages are grouped thematically, each visitor can leave a message on a given topic in response to the previous one) and blogs (each member keeps a journal similar to a personal diary, his posts are sorted in chronological order, and other visitors can leave comments on posts, while the user can create lists of "friends" or restrict access to his journal).
Gradually, on the basis of these forms of communication, began to form social networks, a distinctive feature of which is the presence of clearly established links between the participants.
All social networks have a number of things in common:

    the presence of user registration, when registering, the user indicates some information about himself, by which he can be identified;

    the user specifies a name and confirms his identity by entering a password;

setting up the environment (for example, specifying additional data about yourself, your interests).

According to many researchers, social media is the main reason why the amount of time spent on the Internet is growing today. Their main advantages are the ability for users to declare their interests, and share them with others. And this gives grounds to assert that social networks are not only a means of communication, moreover, researchers believe that they will soon become necessary tool to conduct business. Social networks serve as a platform for informal communication, help create new music, and serve as a serious tool for finding employees and partners.
But one of the significant drawbacks of social media is the ability to overlook some of the details that can be key to business reputation and that can have a significant impact on business decision-making.

It is simply impossible to imagine modern adolescents without social networks today. Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook filled the minds of young schoolchildren. How did these social networks appear and develop? There are many different social networks on the Internet now. networks, and it is simply unrealistic to talk about all of them. Therefore, I will outline the most popular social networks among teenagers:

One of the popular alternative social networks. A distinctive feature of the site is the ability to give each other virtual gifts for free, and if you spend a little on SMS, you can instantly find and make a bunch of friends.Moi [email protected] is a Russian-language social network (with a context menu in Russian) that connects actions on the user's page on the main Mail.Ru portals. More than 40 million profiles are registered on the My World portal, more than 300 thousand people are constantly on the site online.

The goal of the "My World" project is to help in finding classmates, acquaintances, colleagues, friends and relatives. Here you can communicate via private messages, give each other virtual presents, express emotions, post your photos and videos, have a personal blog and read other members' blogs, download songs and listen to music.

The motto of the project: "Your friends, classmates and classmates are in contact with you"!

To register on the site, you just need to create an account on the free e-mail service Mail.Ru

As of April 2010, the site ranked fifth in terms of monthly coverage for the audience of Russian Internet users aged 14-55 among all Russian-language resources. According to the site's own statistics, as of July 2011, more than 100 million users were registered, as of March 2012, more than 148 million users, and as of January 1, 2013, more than 205 million users. The website traffic is over 44 million visitors per day.

The year of foundation - 2004. As of July 2013, the audience of Facebook amounted to 1.2 billion users - those who visited the site at least once a month or during a specified period of time was recorded using the Like button and tracking cookies. The daily active audience in March amounted to 720 million people - this is how much is recorded by the Facebook tracking network every day. About 810 million people use mobile app Facebook. Every day on the social network, users leave 3.2 billion "likes" and comments and publish 300 million photos. The site has 125 billion "friendships" (as of December 31, 2011 there were 100 billion). The number of page views on the site in October 2011 was 1 trillion. The most popular social network in the world.

Twitter - a system that allows users to send short text notes using a web interface or third-party client programs.Created by Jack Dorsey in 2006, Twitter soon gained popularity around the world. As of January 1, 2014, the service has over 200 million users. 100 million users are active at least once a month, of which 50 million use Twitter every day. 55% use Twitter on mobile gadgets, about 400 million unique visits per month are received directly by the site twitter.com Distinctive feature Twitter is the public availability of posted messages; it is called . Twitter is ranked as one of the top 10 most visited websites worldwide.

Chapter 2. Problems of the influence of social networks on adolescents.

Information technology quickly entered our lives. Today computers have become a powerful means of communication between people. With the advent of the Internet, users have unique global connectivity opportunities around the world.

In our time, the global Internet has become widespread. This technology and all its services: Email, chats, online communication programs (ICQ, YahooMessenger, etc.), conferences, forums, etc. - can negatively affect the human psyche. To date, most users have entered their home and office on the Internet and local networks, and teenagers are in a hurry to go to any social media. net.

The total audience of all kinds of social networks has significantly exceeded one billion people. A significant number of users, no matter what they do on the Web, no longer leave their account in any one. This kind of universal social networks began to compete with a variety of Internet services, many of which, as it seemed until recently, were guaranteed a cloudless future without any hints of any serious competitors.

For each user, the Internet becomes as personalized as possible, because the social network knows and remembers everything about his preferences, forming an environment around him that is as authentic as possible to his needs.

Most people spend a local network home under the pretext that they will search for something useful on the Internet, in fact, the first acquaintance of almost all people with the World Wide Web begins with registration in social networks.

Modern teenagers are significantly different from the teenage generation of past years, when the world existed without a computer and social networks, which have become the meaning of life for children of our time.

Parents often wonder how they can spend so much time at the computer when the weather is so nice! Really, modern teenagers and social networks have become almost inseparable, this is an Internet addiction that has captured the minds of children and filled them all inner world... After all, ten years ago in the courtyards one could see noisy teenage companies and hear the sonorous laughter of children. Now children and adolescents are increasingly spending time at their favorite computers, which have replaced them with real friends, entertainment and even parents.

Communicating on social networks, a teenager joins various groups, subcultures, meets dubious people. All this can turn badly for the unstable psyche and even the life of a teenager who easily enters into trust and gives in to influence.

Another negative side of adolescent communication on social networks is the limitation of communication opportunities in the real world. Often adolescents who are accustomed to getting acquainted "in absentia" experience problems in tying real dating... Indeed, on the Internet, a child can choose any role for himself, make himself better, more beautiful, invent himself ideal, but in life everything is not so simple, because you are who you are, and some are not ready to accept it.

    chapter. Online communication.

    1. Positive traits of social media influence

Psychologists, educators and parents strive to find the advantages of social networks, but there are not so many of them:

The ability to self-actualize in the eyes of friends and acquaintances.

    Find friends, acquaintances of classmates

Search in social networks of like-minded people. There are many important and the right groups where people can exchange their experiences or simply their views on life.

A large database of video files, music files, among which you can find rare or necessary copies.

3.2 Negative traits of the influence of social networks.

The impact of social media on adolescents can be both positive and negative. Almost always there are more negative factors. The main harmful factors when you are often at the computer and find social networks:

Restrained posture, sitting position for a long time.

Sitting at a computer, a student (or an adult) is forced to take a certain position and not change it until the end of the work.

Exposure to electromagnetic radiation.

Modern monitors are safer for health, but not yet completely. There are electrostatic and electromagnetic fields around the monitor, a low intensity X-ray radiation emanates from the monitor ...

It is because of the load on vision after a short time that students develop headache and dizziness. If you work on a computer for long enough, then visual fatigue can lead to a steady decrease in visual acuity.

Overloading of the joints of the hands.

Constant overload of the joints and hands can lead to damage to the articular and ligamentous apparatus of the hand, and in the future, diseases of the hand can become chronic.

The stress of losing information.

If the computer "freezes, important and useful information is lost, the computer slows down, then this can cause nervousness, increased blood pressure, and poor sleep.

Z dependence on the virtual world.

This is perhaps the most common problem.

- Public availability of information.

Users can easily add information about themselves, which can be used by interested people.

Mental disorders.

In case of problems in real life, when communicating with other people, a person is looking for what he lacks in books, watching TV, and a computer. Therefore, sometimes he plunges into the computer world completely, forgetting about the real world.

Chapter 4. Practical research

4.1 Sociological survey

The practical part was carried out with the participation of students from our school. Among students in grades 5-11, adolescents aged 13-16 years, a sociological study was conducted

The conference “ PRO adolescents: the best practices of specialists working with adolescents-orphans in government institutions and foster families to improve the quality of life of young people. "

More than 30 experts spoke at the forum. Photo from the site pro-podrostkov.ru

The organizers are the charitable foundations "Sunny City", "Change one life", "Opening the Horizons" and the Interregional Public Organization for the Promotion of the Upbringing Program of the Younger Generation "Big Brothers Big Sisters".

According to the organizers, “over the past two years, the number of teenagers who live in institutions for a long time has increased dramatically. Children and younger schoolchildren are willingly taken to Russian families, but older children do not often find their "new families". And working with teenagers, oh, how difficult it is, and few people know how to do it at all! Hence, a lot of problems arise, including after the children leave the orphanage. "

If adolescents are adopted, then often the adoptive parents admit that they did not cope, and again hand over their children to an orphanage or boarding school. Such children are called "secondary" - because they were abandoned not only by their parents, but also by their adoptive parents. The number of returns of children has been increasing lately.

The purpose of the conference was to teach technologies and provide tools for effective work of specialists in the field of child protection with children over 10 years old, left without parental care.

More than 30 experts spoke at the forum - representatives of executive authorities and non-profit organizations working in the field of child protection, as well as institutions for orphans and children left without parental care and support services for foster families.

The organizers shared their impressions of the conference with the correspondent of the Change One Life Foundation.

Marina Aksenova, DirectorChildren's Charitable Foundation "Solnechny Gorod"

“We managed to gather a lot of specialists from different regions to participate in the conference, ready not only to discuss topics related to the adoption and upbringing of adolescents left without parental care, but also to share their own unique practices.

Nowhere and nobody is taught such applied things. And we suggested that specialists in the field of child protection, for effective work with adolescents left without parental care, master them.

We held the conference in such a way that new knowledge formed the basis of awareness of the emotional nature. Thus, all participants in the educational process will benefit from participation in this conference: both mentors and their teenagers.

Experts demonstrated new unique practices. Photo from the site pro-podrostkov.ru

I believe that such forums should be attended by representatives of various educational institutions, representatives of all branches of government associated with this topic. They need to learn to understand adolescent orphans, be able to communicate with them and know what is necessary for their upbringing and education. Then, in adulthood, these children will enter not as sociological units of the risk group, but full-fledged representatives of our society. "

Alexandra Telitsyna, executive directorMOO "Big Brothers Big Sisters"

“The conference discussed topical issues, for example, respect for the human person in general, and for the personality of a teenager in particular, talked about a careful attitude towards self-determination of adolescents. They debated on the topic of age crises, riots - how to live with it, how to use them as a continuous source of personal growth. We talked about how to properly conflict.

Specific practices were presented. For example, representatives of the Uppsala Circus project showed many an example of how to organize work with teenagers.

Uppsala Circus knows how to work with teenagers. Photo from the site pro-podrostkov.ru.

There was, of course, not enough time for everything. We didn’t have time to discuss such issues as motivating employees of children's institutions for orphans, changing their attitude to the profession, to their duties, to understand that it is by personal example that they form the attitude of adolescents to future adult life. Working “out of need, not out of vocation” is unacceptable when interacting with adolescents. This applies in particular to educators.

Topics such as violation of children's rights - deprivation of blood family, the consumer position of adolescents - inmates of children's institutions, the formation of universal human values among adolescents who have lost their guiding lines “to take someone else's is not good, not to help - it's a shame, etc.”, lies and theft from inmates of children's institutions, despair and prospects - why are adolescents not imagine their future, the triad of school bullying, sexual and sexualized behavior of children and adolescents in the institution, and many others.

I would like to see Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Olga Batalina, as well as the new Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova as participants in the dialogue with charitable organizations to discuss and solve the existing problems with teenage orphans in state institutions. "

Yulia Yudina, Director

“The conference was practical, and in my speech I spoke about the real possibilities of the Internet and new information technologies in promoting the family arrangement of orphans.

The power of the Internet in Russia cannot be underestimated. According to an international study in 2015, Russia is the third country in the world in terms of penetration of social networks and the activity of their use.

At the same time, it is important to understand that the audience of social networks is quite different from each other, in particular, in terms of age and gender composition, in terms of popularity in certain cities. Therefore, effective communication with VKontakte users requires other formats, a different language than when building communication with Facebook or Odnoklassniki users. This must be taken into account when developing PR campaigns for children who need families.

The “Change One Life” Foundation makes a lot of efforts to ensure that thousands of videos of orphans filmed by our foundation are seen and noticed by potential parents.

“At the conference, we were able to highlight the issues and problems of working with adolescents in a complete, so to speak,“ chronology of events ”: removal of a child from a blood family and placement in a state institution, his stay in an institution, placement in a foster family, stay in a foster family, graduation from institutions.

The most important thought for the participants went through all three days of the conference - we: representatives of guardianship authorities, institutions, NGOs - that is, all adults should act exclusively in the interests of each specific child! This is the most important question.

Our foundation participated in two sections. In the section “Role-playing games. Formation of goal-setting and motivation through play "we presented a unique method of educational games of live action, developed specifically for social adaptation inmates of orphanages. As part of our charitable program "Opening Horizons", we conduct games in government institutions in 17 regions of Russia aimed at developing the following skills in children: communication, independence, planning, persuasion, solving life problems.

We chose educational games of live action, because the main problem of children in orphanages is the lack of opportunities for independent action in orphanages. We give them this opportunity by creating a space for independent action.

In the second section - “Work on career guidance self-determination - assistance to NGOs”, we presented our program “Step into the Future”. This is a "full cycle" career guidance program, which includes 6 content blocks: educational games for career guidance, practical classes and trainings (from searching for a job on the Internet to passing an interview), excursions to schools and at enterprises, professional training at corporate universities of our partners, internships and employment. The program caused a heated discussion, which means that the topic of career guidance is very relevant for pupils of state institutions.

The conference is one of the first steps in the big work to improve the lives of adolescents. Photo from the site pro-podrostkov.ru

People always change the situation. In our case, people on the ground, those who, having returned home after the conference, will (or will not) use the knowledge gained to change the situation in their particular institution or region. There is such a good Old Believer motto - "At least do something." It seems to me that if the participants of our conference introduce into their work with adolescents at least 10 percent of what they have heard and seen, and, at the same time, continue to use their successful practices, this will already be a significant result.

I hope that our conference is just one of the first steps in the great work that we must carry out together in order to really improve the life of adolescents in childcare. The non-standard format (immersion game at the beginning) allowed to “stir up” the participants and hold a really effective event. "

Thank you, your comment has been accepted and will be published on the page after verification.

When my oldest daughter was eight, she started asking for a cell phone. It seemed to her that it would be “cool”, and, of course, it corresponded to the tendency common among modern children. To stay in touch with each other, they use Everyday life various technologies including social media, cell phones and sms.

Technology is often alarming in today's discussions about children. Parents and professionals alike are concerned at best with hobby and at worst with real addiction. Suffer family relationships, parental authority is relegated to the background, grades may deteriorate, life goals are swept aside, while adolescents are focused on what is happening to whom in real time. The minute-by-minute ping is convenient and seductively accessible thanks to modern mobile technology. Surely, technical progress is to blame for everything!

However, I remember more simple technologies connections that were available in my youth ... telephone. I remember adults lamenting, worried that kids talk too much with their friends, hanging on the phone for hours day and night, if they feel a lack of control. The same topics as today: the details are different, the topics are the same.

I agree, then the technologies were completely different: phones from the time of my youth were connected to the network, so you, at least, always knew where your child was! But besides this obvious advantage, I also remember from my youth that the restrictions and rules for the proper use of the phone were spoken and followed to ensure that we would not be brought in. There was a real “culture” of using the phone to make the phone fit into our lives, not our lives revolve around the phone!

Friends were not allowed to call after 7:30 pm on weekdays as it was time for family and leisure; we were not allowed to talk during meals, and friends were immediately told to call back later or wait until tomorrow; set limits for the maximum reasonable talk time, and then we had to hang up; we were always asked who called; we were not allowed to use the phone at school to contact friends, and ultimately we were always encouraged to leave the phone alone and take a break from the constant communication with peers. Parents also understood that installing a phone in the nursery was a potential nuisance. Have we tried to challenge and challenge these rules? Certainly. Have we been acting up, crying, or sometimes terribly upset? Certainly. But these rules were established to regulate the use of something that we might get overly addicted to.

Technology is advancing so rapidly today that we do not have enough time to develop a culture of appropriate and healthy treatment in children and adolescents. Unfortunately, we see many examples when children are given full carte blanche in access to technology with minimal supervision and without rules and restrictions. We must remember that these essential elements are on guard so that children are not overly addicted, addicted, or engaged in dangerous pursuits out of sheer curiosity, mischief, or immaturity. Our children are just children. They are still very immature by nature, and many of them do not yet have a sense of proportion in relation to what is good and useful for them. In addition, peer interactions can be over-stimulating and addictive. Our children need a break from the constant and obsessive desire to “be in the center of the action”.

Think of this analogy: you would allow your child's peers to have access to him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the ability to come into the house at any time of the day or night, the ability to interrupt time with the family, the ability to take the child out of sleep, the ability to distract time for lessons and the ability to captivate, provoke and protest in any way you want? Intuitively, you would understand that this is harmful to your child and would eventually step in to protect him from this constant hustle and bustle. This is a stage of development where a break from the hustle and bustle and worries is absolutely necessary in order to be distracted, reworked, and define one's separateness from peers, and separateness from complex, tedious and often hurting interactions with them.

When we move away from difficult situations, we have the opportunity to slow down, calm down and better see what is good and bad, how we really feel, and, perhaps, how to fix or adjust the situation. The negative dynamics of behavior in a team of children or adolescents (for example, name-calling and fighting) can become much more pronounced, aggravated and aggressive if persists without interruption. Carte blanche in the use of technology to establish attachment may well make the situation worse, because in this case there is not enough time and place for its participants to stop, get distracted, leave alone, think about themselves, grope for behavior, and perhaps look at happening with different eyes.

Technology is amazing: it can be used to improve our lives in many ways, but it can pose huge challenges for healthy development and family life in the absence of rules for use, especially among children. My daughter was too young at the time to really need a cell phone, but when we decided to bring this technology into her life, we tried to establish clear rules and restrictions.

Have there been any attempts at strength testing and discussion? Certainly. Were there whims, tears and grief? Naturally. But that's okay ... although technology changes at the speed of light, kids don't. They still have the same developmental needs, the same need for security to grow, and the same need for adults to cope with their upsets, because, ultimately, it’s adults who have to “keep on their shoulders” the big picture while the child grows to see her.

The last decade has been significantly marked by the rapid development of modern technologies. Modern technologies begin to include new educational technologies which, with the help of a computer, effectively and qualitatively change the material of cultural content. The Internet, e-mail, digital television have firmly taken their place in our lives, which often pushes the established media into the background, especially among the younger generation. Communication ceases to be one-sided, an element of interactivity is manifested in it. The question of the impact of modern technology on the younger generation appears in a new light. The amount of information available to every teenager in our time, it increases many times, the spread of news is diverse and very rapid. The text clumped into the World Wide Web is covered with hypertext fields, new unhindered connections created by "someone" appear in it, it completely loses the words of the author and the semantic completeness built by the author.

Investigating the influence of modern technologies on the younger generation, it is permissible to consider the Internet as a characteristic medium for shaping social relations. Of course, modern technology plays a significant role in the life of adolescents - it is both a means of communication and a source of information. The study of the socio-cultural situation in post-Soviet Russia shows that the intensified development of media culture, and especially audiovisual (cinema, video, computer games, satellite television), very actively influences the younger generation on their public consciousness as a powerful means of information, as a factor in the development of creative abilities in adolescents. ... Today it is obvious that the Internet, a computer, a smartphone provide a teenager with the right of individual communication in an interactive mode, both for learning the information of interest and for realizing his creative ideas.

Everyone understands that the development of technology is an integral part of modern life. Now no one can imagine their life without the Internet, a computer, a cell phone, and so on. But, unfortunately, numerous studies show that there is a significant influence of modern technologies on the younger generation. In the context of complex socio-economic processes that are taking place in society, educational functions in educational institutions and families have significantly decreased. Communication of children with their parents fades into the background. Hence - the high influence of modern technologies on the process of forming the outlook of the younger generation.

It is impossible not to notice that many adolescents are becoming addicted to computer games, television, and social networks. From the point of view of medicine, computer games impair vision, as well as harden and generate aggression, satellite television with a multichannel system often broadcasts programs with destructive content for the psyche, and only a small part of them pays attention to the age limit, and social networks replace live communication with virtual one.

In connection with this addiction in adolescents, it becomes difficult to interest them in studies in institutions of additional education ( sport sections, creative circles). After all, the means of modern technologies are easy, fast, beautiful, and playing in the football section is work. If in modern technology, the result can be achieved by simply pressing a button, then here it will take effort and time to achieve the result.

Of course, it will not be possible to completely eliminate modern technologies from the life of adolescents, but it is imperative to protect them from information that destroys their psyche. And first of all, this should be a priority for parents, teachers and other specialists who work with the younger generation, fostering spiritual and moral values in them and developing their abilities. The main responsibility for how a child develops rests with the parents. It is they who are obliged to see the inclinations and aspirations of their child, so that as soon as possible they decide with an experienced teacher not only for the professional development of abilities, but also for the upbringing of spiritual and moral values. But, unfortunately, parents are often passive towards institutions of additional education, which do not want to take responsibility, arguing that a comprehensive school is enough. Here it becomes necessary to convey to society as a whole, the importance of institutions of additional education in modern world... Explain that a child cannot be left to himself when all kinds of modern technologies become free for him. The younger generation, who have not yet formed spiritual and moral values, will not always be able to distinguish truth from deception, material goods from real values. This is related to the fact that they will begin to perceive information that is destroying spiritual and moral values from the Internet, television, computer games.

Measures to prevent dependence on modern technologies include the following:

  1. Establish clear requirements for the use of the Internet and require their mandatory implementation.
  2. An effective method of fighting Internet addiction is the use of various control programs. There is a program called "Game Control", for example, it is able to distinguish the educational process from play activities... During the educational process, no action occurs, and when you enter the game, the monitor will go out.
  3. From the first day of the appearance of a computer, it is imperative to show a minor all the possibilities of a "new friend": to receive the necessary and useful information, with the help of it to develop intellectually. Thus, a teenager will develop a culture of communication with a computer.
  4. Dispose new technique where it is most convenient to control its use by minors, which may have a negative impact on him.
  5. In modern conditions, it is impossible to isolate a teenager from modern technology. However, various ways of neutralizing the negative informational influence of technologies can be thought out.

As a result of considering this problem, we can say that work to counter the influence of modern technologies on the younger generation should be carried out on a large scale, regularly and systematically, in close cooperation, first of all with parents, then teachers and other specialists who are engaged in the development of the child's abilities.

Review: The work is devoted to the topical issue of the impact of IT technologies on the younger generation. Its novelty lies in the allocation of the main channels of the impact of IT technologies on people and methods of stopping those of the influences that are undesirable. The work is written in an intelligible language. I have no comments on the content. The work can be recommended for publication. A.S. Bondarevsky. A question to the authors (regardless of the review, in order of curiosity): Science is structured information that has its own (applied only and only for this information) theory: formalized (to be untractable) theorems, equations, laws and rules. Please name me ( [email protected]) those for the science of sociology. Sincerely. Bondarevsky.

Review: The article is relevant because the dependence of the modern generation on IT technologies is obvious. Recommended for printing.

Review: The topic discussed in the article is undoubtedly very important. However, the measures highlighted by the author to prevent dependence on modern technologies are copied from the article by S.S. Panov. even without copyright corrections and reference (http://www.elib.grsu.by/katalog/167185-367676.pdf). I think that it is necessary to either refer to the original, putting the text in quotation marks, or paraphrase it. After revision, the article can be recommended for publication. And yet ... you can write recommendations, but how can they really be implemented ??? He can classify control programs in an article, because not only teenagers need to be protected from games, but also from wasting time in social networks, on sites that are not needed for cognitive activities... Good luck in mastering difficult topics.
